Assign a "moving committee" and delegate responsibilities.

Inform all staff on progress of relocation.

Start a weekly "purge session”. This will drastically reduce the amount of waste to be moved.

Do not allow personal items to be relocated by the movers.

Do not allow non "moving committee" personnel to be at any location during the move.
